​TO ALL FRIENDS OF PEKIN CIVIC CHORUS:
As you know, Pekin Civic Chorus' Showtime 2020 was currently in progress... we had our music, director, choreographer, accompanist, musicians and stage crew. We held auditions and had started practices. Last week, due to the current pandemic that is taking over our country, we made the decision to postpone Showtime 2020. All of our cast and crew have been notified that our current plan is to start back up next January with the hopes of carrying on this 67-year old Pekin tradition!

As soon as we have been given the green light, all cast and crew will be welcomed back. Additionally, we have decided to host another audition to any in the area that may still like to be a part of this revival. We want to make this show our biggest and best proving that we can beat this pandemic!

So everyone - participants, our audiences, advertisers, patrons, sponsors - please check back with us from time to time  for auditions. New dates for Showtime 2021 will be posted as soon as our calendar is cleared with the high school. We will post information on our public Facebook page as well as our website - pekincivicchorus.org for anyone who would like to attain that information.
